Prior to joining Greystone, Bill co-headed the Multifamily Brokerage team at Midwest-based middle-market investment bank Brown Gibbons Lang & Company with Christopher Sackley. As part of a specialty offering within a fully-integrated Capital Markets Group, they established a respected multifamily advisory practice and generated $200 million in transactions within two years.
Before Brown Gibbons Lang, Bill worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he was instrumental in re-establishing the company’s Midwest multifamily sales advisory platform. Bill also held previous roles at NAI Hiffman, Hendricks & Partners, and Draper & Kramer.

Cary has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with extensive experience in finance, development and management of multifamily.
Cary has brokered over 275 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $650 million. Prior to founding Commercial Property Advisors, he was an Associate at Hendricks & Partners (now Berkadia). He also marketed and sold assets for Key Bank, Hartford, AIMCO, CapMark, Centerline (now Hunt), and private equity groups around the world. Cary has managed the daily operations of 1,122 multifamily units in southeastern Michigan. He was also active in the development, construction and sale of over $46 million of single and multifamily homes. Cary serves as a VP of the Apartment Association of Michigan and is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee in addition to being a licensed residential builder in Michigan. Cary and his team have also been recognized by CoStar as the Market’s Top Investment Sales Firm and Broker in 2016.
Nick received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2014 where he studied business and communications. His focus is on investment sales in Michigan and Ohio and he is a licensed salesperson in Michigan.
Over the past 19 years, Todd has facilitated the development, redevelopment, disposition, acquisition and repositioning of hundreds of A-, B-, and C–Class multifamily and commercial assets totaling more than $1.4 billion in the Dallas/Fort Worth market as well as secondary and tertiary markets across North Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Todd has been recognized as the all-time top producer for The Cantrell Company, as well as one of the top five advisors in the world while at SVN | ISG, including being the #1 office in the Southwest Region (SVN 2015, 2016 & 2017). Todd is currently being recognized in D-Magazine as one of DFW’s Power Brokers.
Todd is former Chairman of the Board for the Vickery Meadows Economic Development Division, former Board of Directors for the Vickery Meadows Public Improvement District, and former Board of the Multifamily Property Standards Committee.
Sean has been practicing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage since 2012. He has been involved in the valuation, marketing and execution of A-, B-, and C– Class assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, as well as secondary and tertiary markets across Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Sean has also participated in Joint Ventures and Equity Placement for his clients. He has experience working with local, national and international investors at varying levels of private, partnership and institutional capacity.
Mark entered the world of investment real estate in 2009 during the recession and has been involved in the acquisition, renovation, management and disposition of a variety of asset types and classes across multiple markets. Today, Mark focuses on Multifamily owner representation, leveraging his sales and real estate investment experience to provide superior service for his clients.
In his first year as a broker, Mark helped broker $176M in transaction volume (3000+ units) and was recognized as the SVN “Rookie of the Year”. In 2018, Mark was awarded the SVN | ISG “Broker of the Year” and promoted to Executive Director. Mark is a D Magazine”Power Broker” for 2018, and was also awarded by D Magazine as the Dallas Commercial Real Estate “Rookie of the Year”.
Mark attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was a member of the Army football team. Post graduation, he served in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he led troops in Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Mark was a business development lead and consultant at MSC Software, working to understand his clients challenges and business, while integrating MSC software and services to add value directly to his client’s bottom line
Byron’s real estate background began at a young age when his family acquired a 48-unit investment property in Lakewood Heights. Since then, he has been involved in leasing, insuring, renovating, acquiring, and disposing of multifamily properties in the East Dallas and Oaklawn sub-markets. With 16 years working in commercial property & casualty and insurance sales, Byron’s ability to assist property owners through soft and hard markets and navigate the nuances of premium savings and loss control strategies have proven a key driver of NOI and investment performance.
Byron transitioned from Assistant Financial Analyst to Broker in 2018. He continues to service multifamily owners in the East Dallas and Oaklawn areas and throughout DFW as well as Secondary and Tertiary markets in Texas. He also assists clients with SFR portfolios and multifamily land.
Byron graduated summa cum laude from Collin College and earned a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Nicholas Brown was raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Dallas. A single- and multifamily real estate investor with 10 years of corporate sales experience in Fortune 500 companies, Angel has gained invaluable consultative sales skills and is a trusted advisor to clients. Angel brings several years of investment, ownership, and management experience to the team. He understands the difficult decisions owners face during the portfolio’s cycle of ownership. Esther comes from a family of first-generation Korean immigrants who found success by investing in commercial real estate. Due to this early exposure, Esther always held an interest in real estate and the immense opportunities the industry brings. During her time as a news reporter, Esther worked as an online editor for a national real estate publication, where she developed a deep and broad understanding of the market from an investor standpoint.
Peter Kesh has more than 15 years of multifamily experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and operations. Prior to joining Greystone National Apartment Advisors, Peter worked as Chief Operating Officer for a large multifamily investment and management company in Texas. The vast operational knowledge gained gives Mr. Kesh a clear vision from the owner’s perspective for B and C class multifamily assets. His rich background in sales and collaborative communication is instrumental to his clients in valuing and marketing their properties effectively. Peter has an MBA with a concentration in marketing.
Paul Russo of Greystone Bel Real Estate Advisors, a joint venture between Greystone and Michigan-based Bel Real Estate Advisors (fka: Commercial Property Advisors), joined Greystone Bel with 15 years of expertise in project management, database administration, analytics, and marketing. Daniel Barger is an analyst and licensed real estate broker with Greystone Real Estate Advisors in Chicago. He has cultivated a focus on developing market data in order to identify relevant trends and provide clients with unique insights. Prior to joining Greystone, Daniel worked at 33 Realty in their property management division where he quickly adapted to the dynamic Chicago real estate market. He was active in lease negotiation, due diligence for sales, and the coordination of renovations / construction. He has extensive knowledge of tenant relations and the elements needed to stabilize multifamily properties.
Daniel grew up in St. Louis, MO before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. While in school, working for Loyola Limited, he oversaw the first student-run guesthouse in the nation and was accountable for the financial success of Loyola’s $3.2 million asset. Daniel’s interest in real estate and enthusiasm for Chicago flourished during this experience. He is passionate about the real estate industry and approaches business and life situations with a sense of optimism.
Payton specializes in acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has been providing investment advisory services since 2002 and has formed an industry-leading investment services platform to assist private and institutional investors in the protection and creation of wealth.
Over the past 15 years, Payton has been involved in hundreds of advisory, proposal, acquisition, and disposition assignments for various private individual investors, developers, management, and investment companies, estates, and trusts throughout the United States.
Joe joined Greystone Real Estate Advisors from Marcus & Millichap in 2016. With more than 13 years of Texas-based commercial real estate experience, Joe has closed more than 16,500 units valued at more than $970 million in multifamily transactions for both institutional and private sellers across Texas since 2005.
Chibuzor’s real estate background began in late 2014 after he graduated with his undergraduate degree and before he started his career at Ernst and Young. As he developed an understanding of multifamily, he was able to syndicate a 300-unit apartment complex in Dallas-Fort Worth all while continuing to work at Ernst and Young. Chibuzor graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a double major in accounting and finance and went on to get his masters in accounting. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was in the real estate group at Ernst and Young which gave him an insight into how to optimize NOI and understand the accounting and tax advantages in real estate.
To this day, Chibuzor is very involved in giving back at his church and also is an advisor to the top 1% of business students at the University of Oklahoma where he is invited back three to four times a year to speak to and mentor students in their leadership program.
Steve previously worked at Brown Realty Advisors prior to its forming a joint venture with Greystone, which added national, institutional resources and a robust debt and equity platform for existing and new clients. Based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Steve heads Greystone Brown’s team in the Carolinas and Coastal Georgia with a focus on conventional multifamily investment sales, business development and debt and equity placement.
Steve brings nearly 15 years of multifamily sales advisory experience to Greystone Brown. Prior to joining the firm, he was co-founder and Partner of Coastal Apartment Advisors from 2004 to 2016, where he was directly involved with transactions totaling $1.2 billion. Before forming Coastal Apartment Advisors, he worked with Brown Realty Advisors in Atlanta in multifamily sales.
Elliott Polanchyck serves as an Associate for Greystone Unique Apartment Group (Greystone UAG), a division of Unique Properties, Inc. Teamed with Managing Director Kevin Higgins and Managing Director Philip Dankner, Elliott specializes in business development and investment sales of multifamily properties in the Denver metro area, focusing in researching properties of value to be presented to clients, analyzing investments, and supporting all aspects pertaining to the acquisitions and dispositions of apartment properties.
As an associate for Greystone National Apartment Advisors, Travis specializes in multifamily investments for private, corporate, and institutional investors throughout the state of Texas. Through researching market trends and valuations, Travis has successfully helped his clients gain access to investment opportunities that are not often found on the market. He is an advocate of maintaining strong client relationships, and by implementing a long-term approach to investment sales, Travis continues to grow wealth for his clients well after closing.
Travis received his degree at San Diego State University and went on to become an award-winning sports anchor in Texas prior to his transition into commercial real estate.
Earl Duffy joined Greystone Unique Apartment Group in April 2017 and works with Director Philip Dankner of The Greystone Unique Apartment Group. Earl focuses on the sales of many types of multifamily properties in Colorado. He supports The Dankner Team by finding properties of value to their clients, executing essential research, analyzing assets, and by supporting all aspects related to the acquisition and disposition of apartments. Earl previously worked for Craddock Commercial Real Estate in Colorado Springs doing marketing and leasing for their large portfolio. He also grew up in a real estate family and has seen the business from many aspects assisting his father, Tom Duffy, and Duffy Realty, Inc.
Earl received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Utah in 2015 in Strategic Communications. On a personal level, Earl enjoys skiing, mountain biking and generally spending time in the outdoors.
Ken Wellar has fifteen plus years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Ken specializes in the purchase, sale and financing of multi-family housing investments. In this role, Ken brings his clients first-hand experience in many aspects of the real estate industry including brokerage services, financing, property management and development experience. Throughout his career Ken has brokered the sale of over 23,000 units totaling north of $1,850,000,000 in consideration.
Ken is very active in the real estate industry and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Jewish Federation Real Estate Group, as well as the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, the New Jersey Apartment Association, and the Delaware Apartment Association. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and on the Board for the Young Leaders of the ULI. Ken is an active member of the Building Industry Association as well as YPO. He recently earned his PA Broker’s License.
Bo is responsible for securing and growing business lines, recruiting, and creating and managing strategic initiatives for Greystone Brown. Bo has more than 40 years of multifamily real estate experience, and is consistently recognized as one of the leading multifamily investment specialists in the Southeast, closing more than $5 billion in multifamily sales transactions. During his career, he has represented advisors, developers, investors, lenders, and REITs with their assets. This sophisticated approach to business allows him to assist clients in a long-term, strategic consulting role, versus simply selling an asset and negotiating pricing from a one-off transaction perspective. Bo earned his BBA from the University of Georgia.
Corey Lonberger is a multi-housing specialist with over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He provides buyers and sellers with transaction and advisory services for their real estate investments. Throughout his career, Corey has been involved in the sale of over 34,000 units totaling over $2.8 billion dollars in total consideration.
Corey has worked for national firms representing owners in the acquisition and disposition of their multi-housing properties as well as assisting in property refinances, placing equity for potential buyers and active involvement in 1031 Exchanges. Todd leads the multifamily advisory group for Northern California. Prior to joining Greystone, Todd was the head of the multifamily team at Cushman & Wakefield. He served as a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis and also co-founded his own commercial real estate brokerage company. Todd is a member of the Urban Land Institute and also sits on the Oakland Land Use Committee. Recent awards include CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year Award for the past five consecutive years.
Mark A. Duszak has over seventeen years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. He has played a key role in the sale of over 43,000 units in excess of $4,400,000,000 of consideration. Mark’s prior real estate experience includes working for national firms representing owners in the acquisition and disposition of their multi-family housing properties. Through focusing on the multi-family housing market of the Northeast Region, Mark has gained valuable experience and contacts in the institutional and private capital arenas.
Mark brings to the firm extensive experience not only in real estate sales but in financial management, ethical compliance and analysis. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he was a Partner specializing in Derivative Trading for a Wall Street firm.

Luke joined the RRA team in September of 2013. He was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. While in Buffalo, Luke attended St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute. After high school he did a post graduate year at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. Luke then went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, Luke was an All-American and two-time Ivy League Champion for the Quakers varsity football team.

Michael Anderson joined RRA in early 2019, to work alongside Affordable Housing veteran Roy Diamond on Rittenhouse Affordable. Michael was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. Now a long time Philadelphia resident, he’s and avid Eagles fan and enjoys spending free time finding new restaurants and volunteering in the City.
Aaron has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Aaron has transacted more than $2 billion in multifamily transactions. He specializes in Section 42 and Section 8 sales nationwide, having previously managed nearly 2,500 units. As a previous owner of affordable housing he has first-hand understanding of asset underwriting and sales. Prior to joining Greystone, Aaron was Managing Director at Hendricks-Berkadia and its predecessor firms.
Jeff Burgfechtel is a licensed trial attorney and owner/operator of several multifamily and light commercial real estate properties who leverages those experiences to provide his real estate clients unparalleled advice and insight so they can exceed their investment goals. He is known for his detailed analysis of financial information and current market conditions.
Jeff not only can provide the expert analysis that comes from being a part of the outstanding team of brokers, analysts, and underwriters at Greystone Investment Sales Group; but also provides detailed first-hand experience and analysis that can only be gained through multiple acquisitions and sales, and 20 years of direct management of his personal real estate portfolio.
Although legal representation can only be provided after signing a Legal Representation Agreement with the Burgfechtel Law Offices PLLC, which is a separate entity from Greystone ISG; Jeff’s 25 years of legal experience representing clients in 3 states (including Texas) is an undeniable asset to both Greystone ISG as well as all of his clients.
Jeff Burgfechtel attended the University of Notre Dame on an Air Force ROTC scholarship and then went to Law School at the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a proud father of two high school boys. He never misses them perform in the Marching Band. When asked what he feels most shaped who he is today, Jeff said without a doubt it was the Boy Scouts of America and becoming an Eagle Scout. He said he still strives to live the Boy Scout Oath and Law.
Justin Herman joined Unique Properties in 2011, to serve as a member of the Lippitt / Shwayder Team. Justin provides reliable support to this high-level team and manages the marketing, research and financial analysis for all transactions.
Prior to joining Unique Properties, Justin spent seven years working in the commercial equipment leasing industry, where he assisted with the analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit to a potential lessee.

Kevin started his career at a national commercial real estate office in 1990. Kevin has personally negotiated over 350+ apartment transactions. Kevin along with The Unique Apartment Group has successfully negotiated over a billion dollars in apartment sales in Colorado. He also closed numerous commercial transactions over the past 25 years. He has experience in owning, managing and renovating property in the capacity of a personal nature, including over 75 apartment buildings in Colorado, Kansas City and Wyoming.
Kevin has received numerous agent awards including being named one of the top Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtor’s Heavy Hitters in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012.
He has also received multiple directorships and senior advisor positions as well as consulting for government and private corporations. As an expert in the field of HUD and apartment transactions, Kevin has provided courts with expert testimony and hosted numerous speaking engagements. He has represented some of the best know names in the multifamily business on the buy and sell side.
Walter specializes in new and value-add market rate apartment as well as student housing properties. He focuses on multifamily sales and also has an extensive track record of owning, managing, and selling retail, land and office properties. He leverages his experience in conducting site selection, construction, renovation and alternative uses for his clients’ assets, creating additional revenue stream for their bottom line. Having been an owner of multifamily, land, and retail properties, he has a unique perspective of the issues that owners face. With over 30 years’ experience in acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and portfolio management, and has closed more than $1 billion in multifamily sales transactions.
Marc has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Over the course of his career, Marc has been involved in nearly every aspect of commercial real estate brokerage, including acquisitions, sales, management, market analysis, development and finance on numerous projects throughout Colorado.
Marc has consistently been recognized as one of Colorado’s top real estate brokers and was acknowledged as the number one commercial realtor in 1999 by DMCAR in the small office division. The Denver Business Journal has also consistently recognized him as a “Heavy Hitter” in their newspaper.
Marc has brokered in excess of $1,000,000,000 in real estate transactions over the last 12 years. He has been called upon to be an expert witness in various complex real estate related litigation and has been a guest lecturer and a featured speaker at an international symposium in Oslo, Norway.
Eric worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. Eric has transacted more than $1.5 billion in multifamily transactions, including numerous portfolios valued at over $100 million. He specializes in 4% and 9% LIHTC sales nationwide in addition to his extensive familiarity with tax-advantaged structures such as the 1031 Tax-Free Exchange. Eric is particularly skilled with REO asset sale facilitation and general partnership buy-out transactions. Prior to joining Greystone, Eric was Co-Director at Hendricks-Berkadia.
Phil is a multifamily investment specialist focusing on the markets north of Denver including: Boulder, Broomfield, Aurora, Lafayette, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley. Phil has a passion for real estate and specializes in building wealth for clients by helping them make the right investment decisions for their personal financial goals while building long lasting relationships.
Phil’s experience as an investor with the Unique Apartment Group built his passion, knowledge and skills in the multifamily investment business.
Barden focuses on both private and non-institutional owners with portfolio and single-property multifamily assets. He has experience with private investors, syndicators, pension funds, life insurance companies, developers, special servicers, and opportunity funds. He has been involved in the analysis and disposition of private client properties in excess of $750 million. Barden received his BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.
Abraham specializes in multifamily, land and other commercial brokerage services for institutional and private investors across the country. He has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate sector assisting clients with investment opportunities. Abraham is recognized for his expertise in identifying investment opportunities as well as assisting clients in the marketing, selling and purchasing of investment properties throughout Houston and surrounding communities. For the first half of Abraham’s professional career, he worked with one of the largest land owners in North America who specialize in the development of large recreational and residential parcels.
There he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of nearly half a million acres of land across the United States, with a transactional volume in excess of $400 million. In 2008, after a successful stint in land development, he shifted his focus to multifamily, working for nearly 5 years as a broker for a successful boutique Houston firm. Since 2008, Abraham has been involved in more than 300 multifamily transactions with a total transaction volume in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Garza has been married to his wife for nearly 15 years, has two children and lives in Houston Texas. Mr. Garza interest include golf, fishing, hunting and traveling with his family.
Taylor advises on disposition and acquisition strategies that best serve his clients’ specific needs. His focus is in the Southeastern US and he has a decade of experience in all types of asset qualities, size ranges, and portfolio’s. Taylor previously worked at Brown Realty Advisors where he was involved in the sale of over 15,000 units totaling over $500 million in volume. Taylor received his BBA in Real Estate from the Terry School of Business at The University of Georgia. He is currently a licensed real estate sales person in the States of Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. He is also in the final stages of obtaining his CCIM designation.
Prior to his transition into multifamily brokerage, Chandler’s past responsibilities have included the financial underwriting and analysis for multifamily, self-storage, and office assets, as well as rental market coordination and research across the Southeast. He has assisted in the sale of over 50 assets totaling 8,000 units and $300 million in transactional volume in Atlanta and across the southeast. He received is BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College.
Chandler is a current member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Young Council of Realtors, a licensed sales person in the state of Georgia. Mr. Brown also serves on the junior committee for The Shepherd Spinal Center in his spare time.
Jordon specializes in multifamily brokerage, offering real estate marketing services for Institutional and Individual investors. Jordon spent four years brokering multifamily assets for both local and national investors at a Houston based multifamily firm. During this time, he had the opportunity to assist lenders in the disposition of their REO property and represent private owners in traditional sales. Before entering the real estate industry, Jordon was an associate at a Houston based law firm specializing in commercial litigation and real estate law. Jordon earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern University and has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and holds a Texas Real Estate license. While in college Jordon was an active member of The University of Texas Silver Spurs.

Shayan’s keen ability to locate properties for sale, recognize opportunity and pair such real estate deals for his clients has assisted in earning him recognition as a top producer in the Greater Houston area. Shayan was a Senior Broker Associate at a leading Houston-based firm and has been involved in the brokerage of over 100 apartment communities in Texas with volume in excess of $700,000,000. He has assisted lenders (including several special servicers) with market data, BPOs, sales comparisons, pricing strategies and represented them with their REO properties and notes. Shayan graduated in 2004 from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and minor in Business.
Cory focuses on private owners, both non-institutional and institutional, with non-core portfolio and single-property multifamily assets. She has worked with private investors, syndicators, REITs, life insurance companies, developers, and opportunity funds. Cory was formally with the Apartment Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Cory has assisted in the sale of over 5,500 units and $300+ million in transactional volume. She also has developed extensive experience in property assessment, multifamily asset consultation, financial analysis, and both qualitative and quantitative market research. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA from the University of Georgia in International Business & Marketing. She is currently a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Georgia.
Ryan specializes in multifamily and land brokerage with an emphasis on class B and C apartment properties for both institutional and private investors. Ryan’s analytical background has benefited his clients in valuing and marketing their properties in a unique and effective manner. Ryan was a Vice President at a leading Houston-based commercial real estate firm and has been involved in the brokerage of apartment communities in Texas with volume in excess of $350,000,000. Prior to his career in multifamily brokerage, Ryan was the Chief Operating Officer for a Houston based homebuilder and a Senior Underwriter for one of the Nation’s largest commercial real estate lenders. Ryan graduated Cum Laude in 2006 from The Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Finance and an Advanced Degree in Professional Selling. Ryan is a Houston native and enjoys golfing, cooking, hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Jamie Harrington focuses on assisting institutional and individual investors with their multifamily, commercial and land real estate transactions. Jamie also previously worked for a Texas-based firm in their Austin office, which gives him extensive knowledge of not only Houston, but Central Texas metro and secondary markets as well. Jamie’s extensive professional experience positions him to advise investors on operations, market trends and additional income-producing potential. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jamie was an investor, managing director and partner in more than 35 restaurants in Texas, Georgia and Alabama. From this vast experience he was able to build a leadership style that roots itself in relationship building coupled with a strong background in financial accounting. Jamie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Houston.
Travers is located in Austin, TX and has experience performing accurate acquisition and divestiture due diligence. Travers also has a number of years in the energy industry where he worked as a petroleum Landman for several energy companies throughout Texas where he negotiated leases, easements, access agreements and road use agreements. Prior to working in the energy industry, Travers worked as an Analyst/Jr. Broker for Marcus & Millichap.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science.

He brings over 30 years of experience covering multiple facets of the multifamily commercial real estate industry including property acquisitions and dispositions, investment and asset management, as well as investment sales. He has worked with private investors, syndicators, REITS, life insurance companies, developers, opportunity funds, and special servicers.
Jim has assisted in the sale of over $1 billion in transactional volume. He graduated from the University of Georgia Honors Program with a BBA in Finance and also holds a Masters in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia.
Charles Emmott, Associate for Greystone NAA, specializes in the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties in the rapidly growing Texas urban and rural markets.
After attending the University of Houston, majoring in finance, he joined the USN Submarine Reserves, served active duty at NAS Alameda. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he merged is his local printing firm with sixteen companies in five states, to create a top fifty national platform.
His community service includes leadership of professional, not-for-profit and educational organizations, including chairman of a B-to-B advertising association, and a local Episcopal school. On the weekends, Charles enjoys all forms of outdoor activities.
